1. Event Dates and Times:
The IADS event will be held on April 26th & 27th, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
2. Space/Stall Payment:
● Full payment of the booking amount is required at the time of registration. No space/stall
will be held on hold for more than 3 days without payment.
● Space/ Stall allocation will only be confirmed upon successful payment.
3. Refund and Transfer Policy:
IADS operates under a strict NO REFUND and NO TRANSFER policy for space/ stalls.
4. Fascia Name and Additional Requirements:
● Changes to fascia names or additional requirements will not be accepted after April
16th, 2025.
5. Social Media Promotion:
● Please share high-quality images within 3-4 days of booking your stall space. Send images to [email address] for timely promotion on IADS’s social media platforms. Delay may result in our team selecting images from your social media profiles.
6. Stall Setup:
● Space/ Stalls will be provided for setup on April 25th, 2025, in the afternoon.
7. Exhibitor Liability and Insurance:
IADS is not liable for any loss or damage to Exhibitor property or belongings due to theft, fire, or unforeseen circumstances. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own insurance for their
belongings and stall for the duration of the event.
9. Accommodation:
IADS does not cover Exhibitor’s travel or accommodation costs. However, we can offer discounted hotel rates at the event venue, The Landmark Towers, upon direct booking.
10. Stall Usage:
● Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from exceeding the allocated stall space.
● No damage to the venue walls, nailing, or tampering with furniture, paintings, etc., is allowed.
11. Stall Amenities:
● Stall fees include one table, one chair, one fascia name, spotlight, and one plug point. Additional requirements can be discussed with the fabrication team (Prashant: +91 79856 5046) before April 16th, 2025. Payments for additional requirements will be handled directly with the fabrication team.
12. Right of Allotment:
IADS reserves the right to allocate stall space at its sole discretion.
13. Stall Sharing:
Sharing of allocated stall space between multiple Exhibitors is strictly prohibited.
14. Promotional Expectations:
IADS strives to present a diverse range of exhibitor offerings to its audience. We encourage you to showcase a fresh collection that aligns with current design trends.
15. Acknowledgement:
By registering for IADS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
